Sarah Denae is the founder and owner of Denae Interior Design. She has practiced interior design for over two decades, and her experience spans a broad range of project types and sizes.

After earning her degree in interior design and spending three years working for a large architecture firm in Portland, Oregon, Sarah and a friend launched a partnership and quickly began work on amazing projects wtih cool clients.

Then she got pregnant, and her life changed dramatically. Her interiors practice took a backseat for years while she raised her children. The wonderful parents at her children’s school came to know her as “a designer”, and she was commissioned to create an invitation to the annual auction, and then some logos, and then some ads (and so on). This launched her successful branding, graphic and web design business.

And yet, her first and true love is and has always been interior design.

Sarah’s creative work displays her passion for what she terms “interiors branding”. She cares deeply about carrying the soul of a company, family or individual into the space in which it is housed.
